Three days cooking and to enjoy the French life with a stay in the beautiful Abbey in Ayen-Bas. You prepare together every day a delicious three-course French menu with an amuse bouche. We're going to make terrines and pies, Pate & cannelés bordelais, madeleines and everything where France is proud of baking.
The French cheese platter with regional cheeses and in a wood oven baked bread from the local bakery is already so divine!
We're going to the Saturday morning market in Brive, a snails farm, the Sunday morning market in Objat, visiting (depending on the season) a "truffière", the famous liqueur distillery Denoix, and-if time allows a chocolate museum, visit in Terrasson.
Pauline Blankenberg-Ter Kuile ( pâtissier and the cooking teacher) organises these workshops, 2016 will be the fourth year.
Pauline has her catering company-Pauline's Cuisine-in the beautiful Hemmen just below Wageningen in the Betuwe (NL).
